Understanding you

It all starts with a conversation. We get to know you, you get to know us. We analyse the project and complete a full diagnosis. We listen. We talk through ideas, suggestions, risks, issues, timings, dependencies and propose options for different scenarios and outcomes.

The proposal

We  write a proposal for the project and outline the process strategy. Process dictates the technology, not the other way round. We plan. We work out how to maintain business continuity and minimise disruption. Once agreed, a full scoping document is written to define the project and includes the parameters of our involvement, costs and timelines.

We aim to leave you with the tools to manage this in-house. A completed project often raises questions within another area of the business and we'd like to help with that. But we have no desire to overstay our welcome. We’ll give you the initial remedy… help you construct, configure, and focus yourselves.  If you get stuck, we’ll be there. But only so you can carry on.
