She is no stranger to rolling her sleeves up on the shop-floor, as well as providing strategic planning and leadership. Laura is results-driven and passionate about doing the right thing for the business to enable a sense of value and purpose in the way people work. Laura continually looks for ways to drive efficiencies in the physical flow in the factories, but most enjoys working with teams to enhance their capabilities and empower them to be the best they can be.
With over 20 years of experience in transforming manufacturing operations across multiple sectors, Laura oversees our manufacturing engagements. She leads and mentors project teams to deliver high impact changes across warehouses and shop floors, through integrating new technologies and ERP capabilities, whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.
